Customer portal

This app is the separate origin for end customers. Staff keep working in the main Tehutiq app. The portal does not share that session.

• Estimates and invoices addressed to the customer
• Appointment requests and upcoming visits
• Job status, without the dispatch board staff use
• A place to pay through Stripe Connect

Nothing here is wired to data yet. The next portal PR should add customer auth and the first read-only job view.
